Dear Lord Jesus, I humbly admit that I am a sinner. I ask for Your forgiveness. I accept by faith that you died on the cross as punishment for sin. I believe You rose from the dead. I surrender my life to You and ask that You come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name. Amen.
